We need over 350 volunteers on Sunday, August 24, 2008.
All shifts are on Sunday August 24 except for the Saturday Setup shift. All volunteers will receive a T-shirt, and there will be food and beverages
available. The first 200 volunteers to sign up and attend a volunteer orientation will receive 1 free ticket to a Giants Game on either
September 5th, 6th or 7th. At Plate to Plate Volunteer check-in on August 24th each volunteer will select the game of their choice and
indicate which volunteers they would like to sit next to at the game. Tickets will be mailed after Plate to Plate.
It is strongly encouraged that volunteers attend one volunteer orientation. They are:
Thursday, August 7th at 6:30 p.m. at Project Open Hand 4th Floor (730 Polk Street , San Francisco)
Saturday, August 9th at 11 a.m. at Project Open Hand 4th Floor (730 Polk Street , San Francisco)
Here is a list of volunteer opportunities for the weekend of the event. We appreciate your flexibility in being available for whatever task may
